I'd say you got a heck of a good deal, congrats! It looks great and as l know if I had come across it, it would have been hard to pass up. Congrats!!
Edit: Aside from the deck, that is...that's just...never been cleaned is what that is. Horrible, but I can't say I take mine apart every time to clean them but I KNOW they aren't that bad
