The set screws can be a PITA. The best thing to do is hit em with a good penetrating oil such as PB Blaster. There are actually six of them. They are located in three different holes. You take out the first three and there are another three under the first three (make sense?). They are allen head set screws. The bearing also has a locking collar on the crank. Time and patience and it'll come off. I've had some fall off, but others took an act of god.........
