[1450crum]

Hey guys. I picked up a 1450 with a 44c about a month ago. I know from reading here that it should have a 44a but the C will work. I have mowed with it a few times and the 1/2" rod that holds the mule drive pulleys broke in two, shredding the belt. I had some SS 9/16" rod laying around and turned it down and have that fixed, but the deck needs all new bearings and blades and someone has done a lot of brazing on it in various places. It has one rust hole in it. There don't seem to be much parts around here for these old ones. Is the deck worth fixing/patching or should I search the hills of East TN for a good replacement?
