I don't know that there is a specific "deck installation manual". Usually, the Owners Manual covers this.
Since you did not give a model number of the deck, it is impossible to answer your question.

The 1420 had an option of three different mower decks. So, if your go here....
Manual Lookup... and type in, Model: 190446100, Serial: 1, it will bring up a menu. Click on manual
772-4068A. This may not be your model of mower deck, but it will give you an idea how to attach a deck to your tractor.
