Im not sure if the factory valve is closed center or open center. All that determines is what you need for valving and for a pressure relief valve.
What you can do is thread a t into the pressure line from the charge pump and a t on to the return line for the charge pump. From those two T fittings you can plumb into a second valve to run the loader. The charge pump will have more then enough balls to run the loader it just may not move enough flow so as to give you any real speed.

That may work for closed center.
Cub Cadets are open center, no 'tees" on the pressure line allowed.
Either use the existing 2 section valve, or "series" in another valve.
