I hope you have better luck with it than I had with my Motor Guide remote controll, trolling motor that I first bought about 1995 for maybe $600.
It worked okay at first, then it started steering with amind of it's own! Got to where I couldn't even use it. At that time, Mercury Marine had just bought them out and was under some other kind of reorganization. You think anyone would answer the phone at Motor Guide? Heck No!
