I pulled the seat pan to fix my loose trunnion spring. While everything was apart I went ahead and pressure washed all the black off. That led to some rattle canning some rust. The inner spring was broken so I used a small lock washer on that side, a small flat washer on the other side, and two bigger flat washers on the ends of the big spring. No more creep
