If it is a QA42A it will fit after you adjust the width it is adjustable between wide frame and narrow frame, although I bought mine for $80 and there are 2 others for sale in my area one more for $80 and one for $75 so at that price It is all up to you to decide but make sure you get everything and the gearbox has no play in it, should have a lift rod a rod to turn the chute and if your tractor doesn't already have a piece bolted to the bottom of your lift lever on the tractor with a hole for the lift rod.
