I’m pretty sure you have some sort of wiring issue. You’re going to need a test light or a meter to do some checking on this one. The fuel shut down solenoid on the carb needs power to run so you need to see if you have power to it both during the crank and run positions. The kill circuit grounds out the magneto to shut it down, check to see that it is not grounding out in the run position.
