A few final pics and updates. I went ahead and took the carb back apart and sure enough the float needle was sticking. Replaced it with another I had, but I have got to get a new float bowl o-ring tomorrow and get the carb back on. Head retorqued, and tins back on. Waiting on new muffler and my front narrow tri ribs. Other than that it is pretty much ready to go. I'll get better pictures once I can get it outside and running. Thanks for all the input.
