I would suggest, that you replace the Ignition Switch. Externally, you soldered the loose tab, but when it got loose in the first place, chances are real good, that internally the switch experienced high heat and has a "high resistance" contact connection. You will need Cub Cadet 725-3021 or Indak R464A
