This is the one I'm putting on my 1650.
I welded new "upright and ears" on it, but man your going to have a time bending the rails to where they should be. Wouldn't you be just further ahead to find a used one rather than building one from scratch?

I know it looks a little off to the one side from the picture of the front, and it is by a 1/8" but the rails weren't in the best condition when I started. It straitens out when it's on the tractor. If you still want measurements draw a line on the pictures where you want it measured.
