i use a 2x6 to break the beads, lay tire on the ground put the 2x6 on top of tire , but not on rim, then use the truck and slowely drive up the 2x6 and the bead will brake loose. use a little dish soap and water to help slide tire off the rim. use 2 large screew drivers
