There has been some discussion about this on here before. I ran the ratio's for a guy one time and actually figured out what size of pulley you would have to go with. There was really no way to make it work effectively. You really would be better off selling the 450 and buying a 451.
Ray is right, unless you can find them used, you can't get gears. If you changed the pulley, you would have to have one made, and it would be so big, I don't think you could get the belt to feed up to it right. The belt wouldn't track in the lower pulleys.
