It kind of looks like that pin in the arm has two washers on it, if so then you might try removing one of them. Make sure that all of your bolts on the grill and frame are tight in that area--see if you can make some small adjustments on them to re-center your front nose piece, if you can spare room on the other side. If not, then you could put a longer pin in and use washers as spacers to adjust the arm out on the side to where it won't rub.

I agree, put the thickest washer on the inside to space out the arm. If the other side is that way, do the same thing.
