I supplied you with a link a month ago to a 1650 for IIRR $165. This had a pump, hydraulic lines, valve/valve mount, rear brakes you don't have now, complete hitch, spare rear wheels/tires, and the whole rearend if you wanted to use it. Also attachment lever that replaces your manual lift handle (not sur if they'll swap though). Also spare steering column, linkages, seat deck, and maybe a couple other odd parts.
The only difference in the frame is that the 1650 has the bushings tack welded on where the casting is attached and I suggested that you remove them and tack them on your frame.
As for the cylinder, if you're patient I've seen them as cheap as $20 on ebay. Lift bar may or may not work, that can be overcome too.
Now the dash and valve handle will be next and they pop up from time to time or again look for a trashed 782 but you're not likely to find one with a hitch so find it as I said on a 1650.
It's all out there and cheap if you look.
Part of my point on the 1650 is that it was running, hell the motor you could have sold for $150 and got your money back.
