The reason I'm asking is because I have been fighting the symptoms of it for over 6 months. The doctor thinks I have had it for quite a while. Was having trouble with my feet and after going to foot doctor and neurologist it was determined I was having nerve problems. Did lots of test and confirmed nerve damage. Doctors wanted to do more blood test and after reading about Lymes I ask to be tested for it. Came back positive. Fewking neurologist didn't bother to look at the results for 2 months. When they did finally call I told them that I had called a couple of months earlier and asked if they had seen the results. The person in the records department said the results were in my file but not in their computer system. I asked that the results be placed on the doctor's desk and was told not to be telling them how to run their business. Meanwhile I had faxed the results to my doctor and he was really doing his best treating it. When the neurologist did finally call they were all sorry about not getting back to me. I told them my doctor was already doing their job. I'm not going back to them.

What I'm getting at is I would like to find out how long does it take for the treatments to start working? My case still seems to be getting worse. Creeping paralysis and loss of balance. There seems to be an awful lot of cases around here. Trying to get in to see another specialist that works with infectious diseases. I just want to find out as much about it as I can.
