It was a terrible shot. I think I got one of his main arteries going to his heart, because he just bled out. The good news was that he ran towards the truck and I only had to drag him about 20 feet to mowed grass.

Conrats! I had a double lung shot but my arrow never exited. perhaps expanding broadhead troubles
The 400 grain carbon shaft snapped off inside deer. Was a very quick kill and found him 25yards in thicket
