From my house the 70 looks great. I'd question whether I'd want to restore this one because they are only original once! Fenders and duel wheels were options for the 70/100 series built from 1963-1965. I think the 70 would still be original if you were to install those options. Its possible the 70 could need the common wear parts replaced like spiral pins, tie rod ends, maybe the steering up grade, ect. . This series was the first number series IH tractor since 1910 to use a number system, and now had bearings in the front wheels. I had a 100, and that engine is the repower in my 72. Nice 70!
