With any luck, the tractors, boats, and work will be distraction enough. I'm really worried about his companion, Schultz. Here they are together about 5 years ago...They've been inseparable since they were puppies. Major has been the "alpha male" with "Sergeant Shultz" his loyal partner in crime.
Didn't mean to divert this thread so much. It's just that Major has been such a constant companion with me in the shop...I guess Shultz, normally snoozing away while Major is "helping" me, will start to get all the attention.

Shultz will be lost for awhile without Major, as will you and your family. When we put Gunner down, Ruger his son was looking for him for days. Time heales his wounds I suspect.
