Speaking of getting pulled over....................I bought my other 127 off e-bad in early winter 2003. It was in West Virginia so I go get it in an original Plymouth minivan. Got there just before dark and loaded it inside. 42" deck was scraping the sides but did not have to take anything off.
Had to turn the fuel petcock off as the carb was dripping gas.
Went and spent the night in a Motel Six.
On the way home on the interstate in Virginia, got pulled over by a state trooper for speeding.
Officer looks inside behind me twice, shakes his head and says he never seen that done before.
Then he goes on to tell me that he grew up mowing lawns on a CC just like that.
So while he is running my info in the squad, I am thinking woo hoo ! he is gonna see my clean record and give me a warning for sure!.
Nope, the SOB gives me a ticket anyways.
probably because his Daddy made him mow the lawn every Saturday before he could go goof off with his friends, LOL.
