Not necessairly. Different regions denote different prices. Like I said, around my parts (central, Iown, Illinois, Indiana). But as darkminion_17 said, it could be practically brand new, although I doubt it. If it is, or has that few hours (meter could have rolled over or more once meaning it's 820 or 1620 hours) then it'd absolutely be worth the $1000 asking price.
Bottom line: check out the tires for nubs and wait for others to replay with there estimated values.
