there are some on here that make a puller. I made one. but what was easy for me was taking the pin and cap off the bottom and screwed the nut on the top and gave it a few good smacks with a hammer.

be ready to catch the bearings in the bottom. and the and the thingyy in the side with the jam nut on it ,,,take it out first to.
