Here's how it works with my iPhone 5:
1. Click the paper clip. It opens another window to load attachments.
2. Click on "choose file" from computer at the top.
3. Choose the pic from your pic library.
4. Click "upload" at the top right of the attachment window.
5. Click "close this window" at the bottom of the page. That takes you back to the original window. Your attachments show up towards the bottom of the page.
6. Click "preview post" to make sure it worked.
It works for me.
