I bought a used computer on Ebay and a week later still no computer so I email the guy and he say's he's refunding my money, didn't get the price he wanted? Can you do that? Apparently you can. So I find another computer that was 50.00 more of course but I got it in 3 days. Ebay took two weeks to refund the money, that sucks... At least I got it back. I Hate That When That Happens...
