I'm going to put these two comments together. I actually do need a bigger shop.... or at least bigger doors. Can't get a lot of stuff inside that I work on. It's too bad really. There were two big shops in my town. The one I have and one other. The buildings must have been built by the same company, because the construction is almost identical. Anyway, I tried to buy the other one. It is all open construction on the inside and had a bigger door. The guy said he'd sell it to me in a few years and until then, I could rent the smaller building he had next to it. So I did. Well, it became obvious he had no intention to sell it to me, so I pursued this one. My building has been added on to, so it really is two separate shops with a door between. But the floors aren't the same height, so there is a poor ramp between. Plus, no big doors. The other building would have suited my needs much better. Wish I had it. I don't mean to sound crude, but the guy is old, and never sells anything he has. Kinda a hoarder. He has only one daughter and she kinda takes after him. I was hoping when he dies I could buy it, but I don't even know if his daughter will sell. Sucks. The building just sits there full of his junk.
