I use a dual on my 122 all the time while plowing, most of the time its a like weight hanging out there. This is a standard rear wheel with the center part cut out, using threaded rod to hold it to the inner wheel, and like macman81 I have the plastic spacers. The one pic below shows the outer wheel not even touching the ground.
