Got a chance to blast and body-work on the fenders. I think it looks better with them.
These were of the green sort when they were built. Here's a link to the thread I started to describe the transformation.
Clamshell Fenders
Funny thing is, there were SEVERAL coats of yellow on top of that green! One coat was particularly durable. It laughed at my sand blaster.
Finally cleaned them up a little bit and got some paint on them. Hope ya'll like 'em!
