OK that was what I was missing. The plow mule (?) is attached to that bar that goes across the frame for the foot mounts. I just didn't make any sense to mount any other way but was not sure. I did check on Youtube and see that the plow is lifted by attaching a bracket to the lift arm much like your picture shows. Thank you
