Thanks Jeff but I the nut on my QA plate was right handed threaded to match the adjuster I had as well, I wouldn't be able to use this without swapping it that out.
Flattened my belt out, it's about 13.5" on the outside as well. This is it sitting at rest, with slack on the belt and out of room for adjustment.
