The "whole reason for a creeper gear" is to slow the tractor down enough so that the snowthrower and tiller will work properly on a gear drive. You don't need a creeper to pull serious weight. These tractors run out of traction long before they run out of torque and power. They can't put the power they have to the ground. Cutting the speed in half and doubling the torque won't solve the traction issue.
