The headlight is a quick fix, just solder the tab back on. Is that hydro fluid full? Sure makes a lot of noise. Is the fan on the drive shaft ok? Either sounds like you got a big hydro whine or maybe the cooling fan is rubbing on something? Other than that it looks all good!!!
