Ok update. I got everything up front working, I know it took a while. The slot for the key had been all torn up so I had to build it back up to get it to sit nice and tight but it's all good now. Now i'm back to the hydro. It'll move fine forward and reverse but only at low throttle. When given more throttle it won't move either way. I made a video so you hear when the throttle moves up the movement stops and when moved back down it'll move forward and reverse again.
