At this point, I'm thinking I'm going to have to tear it down because she's still burning a bit of oil but I'll update as I know more.

I don't know the Napa filter number off the top of my head but I'll check tomorrow and post back

As far as the PTO goes, I haven't touched that since I got it. Long story short, its obviously not the original as it's a dual pulley setup as opposed to a single pulley but it spins when it's not on. If I grab it, it stops so I'm guessing it's the gap that needs adjusted but seeing as how I've got plenty on my plate, it's not my top priority I'll adjust/work with it when I get the chance but right now, I'm more worried about the motor
