I like Rustoleum too. Here's one painted with the marigold and canvas white, under bad lighting. The flash or lighting makes it appear lighter, especially the yellow. I DA sanded, with 220, wiped down with paint thinner, and painted. No primer, just a few light coats and one final heavy coat, but I didn't completely remove the original paint. The colors are real close to the older ones, and the yellow was a decent match to my slightly faded 2082. For less than $5, it's worth painting some test panels to compare for yourself. As for durability, it's still a rattle can, and takes some time to fully cure. A heat gun, before and after spraying, seems to help, just don't get the parts or paint too hot. http://www.onlycubcadets.net/forum/a...1&d=1392181080
