It is true that new laws are changing VOC content among other things but they are all playing by the same rules. Some paint manufacturers are just doing a better job adapting to the new laws. On my way now to TSC to return Majic and then to Home Depot to purchase Rustoleum. Maybe one of these days I'll find the courage to use a spray gun.
