did the relay upgrade that did not seem to help at all. also put new plugs in it also no help have not done the starter upgrade yet but thats next. the reason i asked about the timer was that even if i hold the plugs on for 60 seconds and the engine turns over ok i hardly get puffs of smoke outta exhaust. seems even preheat for 60 seconds dont seem long enuff. if i put turbo heater under it for 20 or 30 minutes it will start with almost no preheat. have not tried to give it throttle while cranking ill try that today or tomorrow
