Default Had a Great Cub Cadet Day Today

Today the 1782 and I killed the leaves that had accumulated this winter on my neighbors yard. His self-propelled walk behind mower would never have been able to mulch it and now those leaves do not exist!
Then, I cleaned my bead blast cabinet, replaced the protective shields on the glass and installed new blast media. Wow, what a difference. I can actually see what I am doing now. It was then put to work blasting the plates, cups, pulleys, bolts and etc. that are a part of the 44C mower deck for my 1482 Cub. They now have a coat of etching primer. New outer pulleys are on order and it will soon be getting some small holes and cracks welded and a fresh coat of paint. I hope to sandblast the deck and belt cover in the next couple of days if the weather stays nice.
