I finally had time with the threats from my son to start working on his 1811. Here are a few pics of the work we got done the past two weekends.
Front tin removed and engine removal
Look at the foam the PO sealed the engine tin to the fire wall with
My son pressure washing the frame and now wanting me to sand blast and paint it.
The engine is on the bench waiting for teardown. Looks like the deck is going to need a complete overhaul,more on that later.
