I'd love to know also, nobody seems to make them.
If I can't find anything I'm going to take my thrower over to a local friend and have him make them, he has a sign shop. He is one of those old school guys who can free hand pinstripe and paint amazing logos on trucks, he also stepped into modern day and now has a vinyl cutting machine.
