Yes I just ordered mine from Jeff. I know they would not be too hard to make with the right tools. I do have dimensions here some where. I have a original pin with only one hole on my 147R.
Jeff's pin has two attachment holes. Haven't found which hole is for the tiller I assume the one closest to the tractor?
