Back in my motorcycle riding days, I almost always won the "Rat Bike" class with the worlds ugliest 1974 Kawasaki KZ 400.
That bike even made some of the Harley guys say " that is the ugliest piece of <deleted> rat bike I ever saw."
Wonder if that is what the PO had in mind? Making up "Rat Cadets"? ? ?
