You disconnect the Drag link from the bottom of the Steering Column. You count the turns from R to L (or vice versa). Bring the Steering wheel to "mid point". Make sure the front wheels are straight forward. Then adjust the drag link to connect back up to the steering column. Wa-la...you are done.
