Default Brinly disc rant

i bought a new brinly disc from northern tool last week.

trying to put this thing together and there is a serious design flaw.

the rods for the axles are just a tad too large, they slip in but they get stuck then the axle will not turn.

i would have bought a used one if i had found one for the right price in my area, this is aggravating to me, i dont have a machine shop handy, at this point i am ready to toss this china pig iron back in the box and return it for a refund.
