Cleaned the carb on my 102 then decided to put the mower deck belt on. Realized that the PTO is locked up, so there is no disengage for the mower. Went ahead and made a couple passes behind the shop with it to see how it cut. Pulleys were a little stiff but seemed to cut OK. Took the belt back off, now I'm gonna have to work on the PTO
Need to check out the P.O. modded wiring too!!
