Time for some stupid questions.
Are you using the correct gauge to set the pto?lets see a picture of it.
The fingers should not move when the pto is engaged or disengaged either.
When you have the 1st set of nuts on and adjust it, then you put the second set on, you have to make sure the bolt is not turning when you tighten the second nut.
I have never seen a pto like yours, normally it has round tits sticking out of it, they look square in your video.
