Saturn it looks to me, and I might be wrong, that the hub pulley you have is the hold up. It looks like the finger plates are hitting/bottoming out on the nubs that are sticking out of the front of the hub. That hub just doesn't look right, should have circular almost dowels that stick out that are equally spaced on the WF hub. Again I could be wrong but it seems that hub is not letting the fingers depress enough to disengage pto
