Thanks for the responses. The cwf from lowes sounds good to me, but I'm just the one who's doing the work my mother in law will have final say. I had fig on using a roller to appy on flat surfaces or spray and back brush it . Will talk to her again and see. I will post some pics when done. Thanks guys!
