Welcome, wjones. Nice find on the original model.
You may have already discovered or know this, but there is no "clutch depressed ok to start" interlock, so if you push the start button in gear with clutch engaged, it will roll.
Never mind HOW I found out about that......
other than my wallet was about $100 lighter AFTER I found out.
