You'll need both. IH weights on ebay.

When tires get old they get hard and lose traction that way too.

As I stated before you need to be at about 200lbs PER wheel/tire. You gotta load them also. Trupowers are nice but I'm now mowing with them and I have learned as you will too that they have no traction in reverse up a hill. I'd likely look for an agressive turn tire. If Carlise made the All Trails in our size I'd be all over that.
